Payment Policy

Our Town Party does not reserve any Event Dates until Down Payment of 30% of the total event fee and Contract is signed. Full Payment should be made 14 days prior to Event Date.

Additional $300 Security Deposit is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event. Event will not be held without Security Deposit. Security Deposit will be refunded withing 5 business days after the event pending the Venue was left in good condition after the event and no damage or loss occurred.

Failure to make full payment 14 days prior to an event date will result in Cancellation of the reservation. All funds paid prior shall be forfeited. 

All Bookings made within 30 days of requested date must pay 50% down payment. Balance must be paid 14 Days prior to event. 

Any Cancellation are subject to 0% refund and $150 Moving Date Fee if available. 

Cleaning service not already contracted starts at $350. 

Overtime without prior approval is billed at $250 an hour.

NO Smoking indoors

Our Town Party Venue (Fair Oaks Location) does not allow any Subwoofers (BASE) at this location. 

Sparklers, pyrotechnics are Strictly PROHIBITED

Firecrackers, or any explosives in or around the property is prohibited 

The use of Confetti, Glitter, Silly string are strictly prohibited. Loss of Security Deposit shall occur.

Event Parking:

All Patrons must park in designated parking spots. Our Town Party is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles . Cars not parked in designated spots may be risked of towed by Town of Wallkill Police. 

Cancellation:

Our Town Party is not responsible for weather, Travel or guest/attendee circumstances. Cancellations must be made in writing or in person communication.  Please note, We are promising the date and time to you.
